Tim Matheson

Tim joined the Trio Design team in 2022, and has been an integral part of Uncommon Architects from day one.

In his previous career, he served as Project Coordinator for a large company specializing in the sale and installation of commercial furniture for schools, hospitals, tech companies, etc. While there, he managed over $5 million in projects from budget proposal, to installation through project close-out.

Tim possesses incredible attention to detail and is skilled at coordinating multiple moving parts, keeping our projects on track.

When he isn't working, Tim enjoys trying new restaurants and then re-creating the meals at home. He and his fiancé and just built their first home. Together they have a 6 year-old Canaan Dog named Henry, who they love dearly. The couple also enjoys traveling, whether it's to far off destinations or nearby towns for the weekend.
