Odaly completed her undergraduate studies in architecture at the University of Utah and is currently pursuing a master’s degree at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Over the years, she has developed a strong appreciation for architecture as a means of solving design problems—transforming ideas into practical solutions for real people, spaces, and needs.
Her experience primarily lies in industrial architecture, a field she finds both challenging and deeply rewarding. Odaly thrives in collaborative environments, enjoying the process of working with diverse teams to brainstorm and develop solutions that align with client goals. She believes that the best ideas emerge when multiple perspectives come together.
One of the most fulfilling aspects of her work is seeing a project come to life during construction. Watching detailed drawings evolve into fully functioning spaces is, for Odaly, one of the most satisfying parts of the architectural process.
Outside of architecture, Odaly enjoys Latin dancing and engaging in meaningful conversations about life, creativity, and big ideas—interests that keep her grounded and creatively inspired.
